During these uncertain times, taking my online NeuroMovement Class is an excellent way to wake up your brain and get you moving better from the comfort of your own home. Lessons are verbally guided movement lessons over Zoom.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within the 24-hour period, or after the appointment, will be responsible for a payment of $75 for each lesson cancelled.
